Job Summary:


Inpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function. This role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and promote patient recovery.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical conditions to determine appropriate physical therapy interventions.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
  
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
  
• Possess or be eligible for current Kansas Physical Therapist license.
  
• Maintain CPR certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support preferred).
  
• Prior hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
  
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
