Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical/Television setting. This role requires experienced professionals skilled in telemetry and patient management during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care and monitor vital signs consistently in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical procedures, certifications, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or current compact state license at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Demonstrate active BLS and ACLS certifications with no pending issues.
• Provide two recent references from managers, supervisors, or directors within the past 12 months.
• Be willing to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments successfully during orientation.
