Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The RN will deliver quality nursing services, ensuring patient safety and positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Recognize and respond promptly to abnormal ECG rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or Compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Have at least 18 months of recent Perm or travel experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Provide two recent managerial references from the past 12 months.
• Be willing to work at least every other holiday.
