Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory therapy services to patients under physician supervision, ensuring optimal respiratory health and patient comfort. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy procedures, patient progress, and compliance with protocols.
• Ensure all certifications and licenses are active and in good standing prior to submission.
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and facility-specific policies during patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RRT license and NBRC certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RRT, preferably with hospital or clinical settings.
• Current BLS certification in hand at time of submission.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and flexible weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Successful completion of required background checks, drug screen, and BCI/FBI clearance within specified timeframes.
