Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role involves monitoring cardiac patients and ensuring optimal patient outcomes during the winter holiday season.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' cardiac status using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Nursing license required.
- Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related field.
- Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
