Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. Urgently needed for a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on patient response and evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license applicable in the state.
• Proven experience in pediatric, adult, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in CPR/BLS required.
