Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to alarms or abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage central lines as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and vital signs accurately in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatments and recovery processes.
• Maintain equipment such as PCA pumps and IV pumps, ensuring proper operation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license and have at least 2 years of recent acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate expertise with Meditech EMR and familiarity with managing medication drips and central lines.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
