Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care and support to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and hold current licensure and certifications required for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to medical staff to optimize care.
• Assist with ventilator management and airway clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and institutional protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio RRT license and valid NBRC certification.
• Possess a minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current AHA BLS certification and adherence to all certification requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Capable of working flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
