Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced community hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively during night shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency treatments and monitor patient responses efficiently.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and accurately document findings in Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including resuscitations and trauma cases.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience in a community hospital setting.
• Possess current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic EMR is required.
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.
