Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced, community hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the ER environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to ensure timely emergency interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment details accurately in Epic EMR system.
• Respond promptly to on-call and emergency situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and facility policies, including certifications and licensing.

Qualifications:

• Hold a South Carolina RN license or valid Compact license prior to start date.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Maintain current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Have Epic experience and community hospital background.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
