Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma and medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality healthcare services and achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments regularly.
• Document patient care activities and clinical findings accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with state board approval.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or trauma units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
