Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical unit to deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts. The role involves managing a diverse patient population with a ratio of 1:6, responding to rapid response team activations, and utilizing Epic charting system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts.
• Activate and support rapid response team interventions as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Float to like units as required, adapting to facility needs and ensuring continuity of care.
• Comply with all travel and facility policies, including timely lab submissions and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience.
• BCLS certification required; CPI preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to float within scope to similar units.
• Must meet combined travel compliance standards and pass fingerprints for background check.
