Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical-Surgical unit. The role involves managing a diverse patient population with a focus on patient safety and comprehensive care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced Med Surg setting.
• Activate rapid response team when patient deterioration is identified.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Float to like units as needed to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent Med Surg experience.
• Be BCLS certified; CPI preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Willing to float to similar units and work weekends with six shifts in six weeks.
