Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced MS RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse patient caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform clinical assessments.
• Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float within similar units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Be certified in BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to work 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 am - 7:30 pm).
• Capable of working every other weekend and participating in holiday rotations.
