Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver quality clinical services and supports patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed medical records.
• Float to other MS units as required, providing flexible patient care.
• Adhere to institutional policies, including safety and infection control protocols.
• Complete pre-start online modules and verification requirements prior to assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible to obtain a nursing license prior to start date.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Demonstrate BLS certification.
• Be willing to float to other units as needed.
• Accept flexible scheduling, including night shifts.
• Be committed to patient-centered care and teamwork.
