Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides critical care and assessment for patients in a high-pressure environment. They are responsible for delivering timely, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations from admission to discharge.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity in the Emergency Department.
• Implement care plans utilizing ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN protocols.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vitals during treatment.
• Document medical histories, interventions, and discharge instructions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one-year ER or critical access hospital experience preferred.
• Certification in ACLS, PALS or equivalent, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
