Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-operative spine and orthopedic patients with a focus on Med/Surg procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency and post-operative care to spine and orthopedic patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Covid vaccination requirements.
• Work scheduled holidays with no requests off, maintaining shift coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, unrestricted Colorado RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of post-op spine/ortho Med/Surg experience.
• Certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency and post-operative patient management.
• Ability to work rotating holidays and adapt to a dynamic environment.
