Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled clinical interventions and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with telemetry and acute care nursing procedures.
• Possess current AHA BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Capable of providing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
