Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide immediate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Collaborate with medical staff to deliver efficient, compassionate treatment and ensure patient safety during acute situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes or emergencies.
• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Support patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold active and valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Possess 3+ years of recent ED nursing experience.
• Demonstrate previous experience with charge responsibilities and multitasking.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work flexible hours and adapt to fast-paced environment.
