Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department on a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care during night shifts, ensuring safety and comfort for emergency patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival using clinical judgment.
• Administer emergency treatments, including IV insertions, EKGs, Foley catheterization, and lumbar punctures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety guidelines, including BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

• RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1-year ER nursing experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
• Proficiency in handling ventilators, EKG equipment, and critical procedures.
• Strong team-player attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
