Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical units to provide exceptional patient care during night shifts. This contract offers flexible options for 36 or 48 hours per week, with a focus on highly skilled clinical support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical settings, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
• Float to designated units within scope as needed, maintaining flexibility to meet facility requirements.
• Complete required orientation modules onsite during the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Strong, current RN license (pending NM/Compact license accepted prior to start).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to float across units and adapt to various clinical environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS certification required at time of assignment.
