Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to patient needs with clinical expertise. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective bedside care and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions thoroughly.
• Collaborate with physicians, tech staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care.

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license (RN) in applicable state or region.
• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Demonstrate strong skills in patient assessment and critical thinking.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
