Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through assessment, planning, and intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient care during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to other Medical Surgical units as needed to support staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current nursing license or be eligible for license verification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Ability to adapt to floating between units and work night shifts.
• Be willing to submit all RTO requests with application.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality care.
