Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced IR Tech to provide specialized imaging services for adult to geriatric patient populations. The role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures within a busy facility ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures utilizing advanced imaging equipment.
• Ensure proper setup of patients, equipment, and sterile protocols for procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide postoperative care as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain and update equipment and supply inventories on a regular basis.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of IR tech experience, with first-timers accepted.
• BLS certification required.
• Current licensure in GA or a valid Compact license.
• Proficiency with Epic, Pyxis, PACS, and other applicable systems.
• Strong understanding of adult and geriatric patient care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and within scope of practice.
