Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric and neonatal experience to join a leading teaching hospital. This role involves night shifts in the NICU, providing critical respiratory care for neonates and infants in a Level 4 NICU setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments for pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in Epic EHR.
• Comply with all licensing and certification requirements, including BLS, PALS, and RRT credentials.
• Maintain flexibility to work within facility scope, potentially floating to sister facilities based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RRT certification through NBRC and South Carolina RCP license.
• Possess at least 2 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant respiratory experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic health records.
• Be able to work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including holiday rotation.
• Complete all licensing requirements prior to start date.
• Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
