Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Operating Room RN with at least 2 years of experience in scrub and circulate roles. The role involves working M-F, 3x12-hour shifts, with on-call duties including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate general OR cases such as plastics, colorectal, urology, MIS, and surgical oncology.
• Provide on-call coverage, handling 5-8 calls per month, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and radiation badge requirements prior to start.
• Collaborate with surgical teams utilizing advanced robotic systems and multidisciplinary procedures.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding scheduling, RTO submissions, and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active SC or multi-state RN license prior to start.
• Demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing and circulating a variety of general OR cases.
• Hold BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA.
• Require radiation badge, to be provided by the agency.
• Capable of working in a Level I Trauma Center with teaching and magnet status.
