Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory care to patients within the hospital, focusing on ventilator management, airway support, and related procedures. Collaborates with medical teams to ensure optimal respiratory health and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilator support, including Drager vents and Phillips V60 CPAPs.
• Perform ABGs and operate respiratory equipment such as Hiflos and Arivos.
• Evaluate patient respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately in Meditech system.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with critical respiratory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RRT or CRT credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in ventilator management and ABG analysis.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts, including some weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
