Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and compliance with clinical protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments, procedures, and diagnostics according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient responses.
• Ensure all required certifications are current and adhere to institutional and industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy within a clinical setting.
• Active RRT certification from the NBRC.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory assessment and intervention techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and weekends.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
