Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care to provide exceptional patient support. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing services in a dynamic healthcare environment during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care to individuals on medical-surgical units, ensuring optimal health outcomes
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and update medical records accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively, following established protocols
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
