Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, monitoring their condition and implementing care plans to ensure optimal recovery. Acts as a vital team member supporting patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work every other or third holiday, including flexible scheduling.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
