Job Summary:

Providing specialized nursing care in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring patient safety and recovery. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical care skills.
• Ability to work every other or third holiday shifts reliably.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
