Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and detect changes in patient status.
• Document patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Possess 1+ year of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Have BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
