Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units. Monitors patient conditions, administers treatments, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Ensures patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and detect early signs of patient deterioration.
• Document patient progress and communication with multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
