Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Must possess current licensure and certifications, and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with ventilator management and intubation procedures as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio RRT license and NBRC certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience as an RRT.
• Maintain current BLS certification, in hand at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory equipment.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to pass all background and drug screening processes.
