Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT accepted) with at least two years of experience to provide critical care services. The role involves working night shifts, with potential weekend coverage, across CCF facilities, ensuring adherence to all certification and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced respiratory therapies and interventions based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Monitor patient respiratory status, document findings, and communicate progress to medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and agency requirements prior to start.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, including drug screens, background checks, and nicotine-free requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio RRT license at the time of submission.
• Possess a current NBRC certification and BLS certification, both active and in hand.
• Have a minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Demonstrate availability for 8 or 12-week assignments, with night shift flexibility.
• Provide two recent references from managerial or supervisory roles within the past 12 months.
• Successfully complete required background checks and drug screenings in accordance with facility policies.
