Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Cardiac ICU, monitoring and managing complex cardiovascular conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced cardiac care utilizing current clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, interpreting data accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Ohio RN license.
• Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in a Cardiac ICU setting.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
