TactStaff EDU is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Occupational Therapist to support K-6 students in a collaborative, team-oriented school district in the Phoenix area. Districts are actively interviewing. Apply now to be considered.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in both pull-out and classroom-based settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and service recommendations
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy or ability to obtain
• NBCOT certification required
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
