Position Overview

TactStaff Education is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a school district in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite role serving a K–12 caseload (specific assignment based on district need). The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students access their educational environment through meaningful, functional supports.

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and staff
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional independence
Qualifications

Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
NBCOT certification (required)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance
Ability to work onsite full-time
Compensation

$50–$56 per hour (DOE)
