Job Summary:

Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Support treatment plans and contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor therapy routines aligned with the treatment plan.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to promote independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising clinicians.
• Maintain clean and organized therapy environments.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Previous experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
