Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing quality patient care. Support patient rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises and interventions, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the physical therapist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Document patient responses and therapy progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and family members on home exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (e.g., PTA license).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
