Job Summary:


Provide specialized interventional radiology procedures in a busy trauma center, supporting the radiology team with high-quality patient care and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot interventional radiology equipment to ensure accurate imaging and procedures.
  
• Prepare and sterilize surgical and procedural areas according to safety protocols.
  
• Assist physicians during complex IR procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer contrast agents as directed by medical staff.
  
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment usage.
  
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices consistently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid radiologic technologist license with IR/Special Procedures certification.
  
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or similar clinical setting.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in IR imaging equipment and procedural techniques.
  
• Exhibit strong clinical skills with the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
  
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
  
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
