Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to promote optimal recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Comply with all clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
