Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Neuro ICU/SICU. The ideal candidate will possess specialized ICU skills, including trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care, with recent relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic ICU team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, utilizing advanced clinical skills to identify changes and intervene promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current, active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, specifically in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU units.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and handle complex patient cases.
• Comfortable working in a travel capacity, with flexibility for floating between units.
• Trauma Level One experience strongly preferred.
