Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM. The role involves providing patient-centered therapy services to enhance functional independence and quality of life for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Follow facility policies and CRG policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to coordinate treatment approaches and meet productivity standards.
• Adhere to dress code requirements and be present in the facility during scheduled hours.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico.
• Possess a current CPR certification.
• Have prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to comply with facility policies, including dress code and productivity requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
