Job Summary:
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities. Provide therapeutic interventions to promote rehabilitation and independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' needs and establish appropriate occupational therapy goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to support ongoing therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active occupational therapist license in the applicable state.
• Possess at least a bachelor's or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
