Job Summary:
Assist patients in improving mobility and managing pain through personalized therapy plans. Provide expert physical therapy services, adhering to clinical standards and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Document clinical findings and therapy sessions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain current CPR and safety certifications.
• Have relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or acute care settings.
