Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish personalized treatment goals.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
