Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting, supporting recovery and rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home care strategies.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to assess patient needs and adjust treatments effectively.
• Maintain current CPR certification and adheres to healthcare regulations.
