Job Summary:
Provide specialized radiologic support in a Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures for pediatric and adult patients. Ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver high-quality imaging to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a pediatric cath lab environment.
• Assist physicians during complex procedures including transplants, balloon angioplasty, stent placements, and valve interventions.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and manage radiation badges as required.
• Prepare and position pediatric and adult patients for catheterization procedures.
• Document procedures accurately using EPIC or relevant charting systems.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience in a cath lab setting.
• Hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
• Credentialed with CCI (RCIS/RCES) or ARRT (R) with SCRQSA.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric cardiology procedures and radiation safety.
• Be willing to work day shifts, with on-call requirements including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain SC license or have an active application in progress.
