Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to operate in a fast-paced acute care environment. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures with a focus on patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sterile conditions and ensure proper functioning of catheterization lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to intra-procedure changes or emergencies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety, to protect staff and patients.
• Document procedural details accurately in electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS.
• Valid South Carolina license (SCRQSA) required; pending applicants considered with proof of application.
• Proficient in coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures, including scrub and monitor duties.
• Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Radiation badge compliance required, provided by agency prior to start.
