Job Summary:
Provides high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions, ensuring safety and comfort while adhering to hospital standards. Manages patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary communication to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to determine immediate needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to nursing staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans to meet changing needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate at least two years of recent emergency or acute care nursing experience.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Possess certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale as required.
• Be able to demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
